He initially joined the Haddad team as Chief Merchant Officer in 2012, bringing a strong record of bottom-line achievements in the department store, vertical, wholesale and online retailing. Since 2012, his role at Haddad Brands has grown.
Now, he not only oversees the creation of a product for iconic American children’s brands but oversees the execution as well. Rob has proven to be a cornerstone of Haddad Brands, driving the creative aspect of the company with an influential role in the production, sales and marketing. He has long been a mogul in the fashion industry, creating business strategies with a deep understanding of customer needs, while leading his teams to higher levels of productivity and morale. Throughout his many accomplishments, Rob has found time for philanthropy within the LGBT community by chairing multiple organizations that support gay, lesbian and transgender rights.
